everything was great during 1 day, appreciated its great location not far from city centre, the central glasgow train station, and public transport. the room we were given a free upgrade to was clean and included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave. the staff was very friendly and solved our problems immediately.

The rooms here were awesome! They had everything we needed like a fridge, kettle, and microwave, which was super handy 👌. the bed was so comfy, especially with those hypoallergenic pillows. the location was perfect - we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

the location was superb, close to transportation links and shopping areas. the family-friendly amenities, such as the free travel cot and highchair, made our stay comfortable and convenient. A minor improvement could be clearer communication about additional fees like the £100 deposit upon arrival.
